Customer has asked for setup entire IT infrastructure project for 200+ usersrequirement at Incubmentcentre for their “BFSI Customer” for their back office operations. The project was given on very short notice and require to setup Strcuture Cabling, Secure managed WIFI network, ReduandantISP’s, Gateway level Firewall with Randsomewere protection, Structure cabling, Redundant APC-Schneider UPS, Network Racks with 24×7 opertation service support with full time CCNA certified resource to managet the whole IT infra on-premises.
The project has to be completed and handover in weektime only, including ISP’s termination, Structure cabling and WIFI requirement. During the Project site survey, the entire site was so mesh that, we couldn’t be able to figure out where to start, The premises required to clean so that we can start our IT infra setup process. During that time it was very much difficult to get the man power and execute the same in just week time. The looks impoosible to handover in very short notice, since multiple of agencies are working together and have to use the predefined pathway and raceway to lay the structure cable and have to be very careful since the premises was earlier used by someother company.
We started this project on 22nd of November 2019 with team of 7-Engineer team including our site supervisor and Project manager. We planned this activity such a way that we have to start multiple activities parally and we did it. We completed our structure cabling in just 2-days time and then started secured and managed WIFI and Security appliances setup as per BFSI Client requirement. The UPS in redundant mode so that we could manage power outage very well. The project was handed over to BFSI Client officials exact after 7th day and then they have seheduled their Audit on IT infrastructure to check whether the setup was as per their requirement or not.
Finally we got Green signal on first attempt and handed over to BFSI Client for their online operations. We also have deputed full time CCNA certified engineer for IT support requirement with 24×7 online technical support at anytime. We also submitted the project report to BFSI Client and TEAM at Customer as well.
The project complted on time and handed over to BFSI Client with complete access control as per policy. The network is now been operational and all the users are using this infra with Data, Voice and Video applications as per their requirement, users can roam across the premises with their notebooks laptops, and using online video conferencing application theough WIFI as well. We are monitoring the entire network 24×7 in nature and submitting the report as an when required by BFSI Client Authority. Customer and BFSI Client both have appreciated the way we executed and handed over this project on such a short notice.
