The customer has acquired more than 300 acers lands to setup their state-of-the-art Manufacturing plant and have asked 7Array to Submit the project proof of concept to setup entire IT infrastructure end-to-end.

They want us to play end-to-end right from Cable laying activities to hand over the entire project in a 3 months’ time for 300+ users across this premises.
Since it is Greenfield project, the site was located at very remote place where you even have to visit with your own private vehicles, since it is situated in rural area, the localities are also very limited and difficult to manage day to day requirement as well.
The entire Site has rock solid field were digging without excavator & JCB machines was extremely difficult.
The Industrial Manufacturing shades are having heavy engineering machines, where we had to lay cables on extreme height of 30 to 40 ft. & also mount CCTV, Wireless AP at such height.
Lot of customization was required to provide customized supports for mounting.
Our dedicated project team including the Project Manager, Pre-sales & Technical team has visited plant & did site survey for IT infrastructure related requirements for entire plant and we narrated the solution on top notch brands like, CommScope, CISCO, CheckPoint, RUCKUS wireless, Hikvision, Nutanix HCI etc.. The project estimated cost was almost 4.5 cr+.

It took around 3 months and project was handed over on time, and since last 2 years there is no single downtime on the network. We also have provided 24x7x365 support facility with onsite L2-L3 support engineer to take care of entire IT infrastructure Project.
Finally, we handed over the final project documents with almost 100+ pages in which we have mentioned every single minute details about IT infrastructure including the IP address of each of devices, Device’s locations, Devices Serial Number, Devices model no. etc… with complete escalation support matrix to make sure that customer would get assure support at any level round the clock.
